Weaving the Future
Film made as part of the Weaving the Future exhibition of film, photography and artefacts, and projected onto layers of translucent fabric.
The exhibition explores how Britain’s textile industry is being reinvented for the 21st century, linking the analogue and digital worlds by showing how the binary systems that once drove textile looms led to the development of computer programming.
