ChromaLab

A hands on exploration at colour and light during a rich half-day workshop suitable for both scvhools and community groups.

Part of the session is in an immersive exploration in the ChromaVan - a comfortable re-modelled caravan housing some innovative and powerful LED lighting technology offering a stimulating, informative and rewarding light and colour experience for groups to explore and understand the physics, art and impact of colour in a completely new way.

Hands on parts of the session include:
- Using the colour wheel,
- Colour mixing,
- Creating colour combination pictures.

Soak in pure colour, feel how it affects the body and emotions, learn the physics and discover some unexpected aspects of colour.

The ColourLab session can support the school curriculum in several areas, and a resource pack is also provided to aid class room activity.
